Snow In The Black Rock Desert
We drove into camp in a white out, set up our tents, and settled in for a cold snowy night in the Black Rock. I got up early ( 4:30 am) the next morning and peered into the darknes. The temperature was a chilly 19 degrees before sunrise. When the morning's golden light starting peeking over the horizon I slowly got up and left the comfort of the tent for a white desert landscape . Good things come to those who freeze..Brrrrrr!
